Member account handoff record
The record that passes every commitment, open question and account history from the relationship manager who left on September 18 to the new account owners, with a name beside each item, so employers do not repeat themselves and the two unowned commitments get claimed. Prepared from the program register for Callum Breckenridge, the incoming owner of the Basalt Creek Industries account, and Adaeze Obiora, membership director at the Workplace Safety Coordinators Association. Commitments on the handoff record
Seven commitments sit on the record across the 14 employer accounts. Five have an owner and two do not. Read the Owner column first: the two rows with no owner name on the record yet are the ones to watch. Adaeze Obiora is assigning both, and the names are being entered.

This page stays inside the association. It holds commitments for three employers, Basalt Creek Industries, Merriweather Mining Services and Rellick Rail Services, and the account notes behind them. Do not send it to an employer.
The same commitments as a board
The board groups the seven records by Status. Five are in Owned and two are in Waiting for owner. Nothing is in Escalated or Complete yet. A card moves right only when its owner accepts it, and a card with no owner cannot move.

Two commitments have no owner
Merriweather conference places. Places at the regional conference were promised to Merriweather Mining Services. Raised September 11, 17 days open on September 28, due October 6. The decision maker is Adaeze Obiora.
Rellick certificate batch. A batch of certificates was promised to Rellick Rail Services. Raised September 7, 21 days open, the oldest on the record, due October 6. The decision maker is Marisol Thackeray.
Status. The records of September 28 still show no owner for either one. Adaeze Obiora is assigning both. Until each owner accepts and the name is on the record, the card stays in Waiting for owner. Consequence. Both employers are waiting on a promise that only the departed manager recorded, in notes nobody else has read. Ask. Enter both owner names on the record by October 6, and check the wording of each promise with the employer contact.

A commitment is kept only when the employer confirms it, not when staff finish their part.

How to use this template
Fill the record before the outgoing owner's last day. List every commitment, open question and account history item with the employer, the source, the next date and a named owner, and have both owners confirm it.
