T59 Fractional engagement onboarding plan
Fractional engagement onboarding plan

The first 30 days for Halden Fractional's engagement with Willow Row: what access we need, who we need to meet and what ships first. Shared sections go to the client; the context notes at the end stay internal.
Sample template: the firm, people, clients and figures are fictional, and the embedded view holds synthetic sample records.
Live example from the Dashboards app, shown with Meadowline Heating's demo data.
Access and readiness
The Internal readiness view below tracks everything Halden Fractional still needs from Willow Row before we can operate independently, filtered to items that are not yet complete.
Before you share this page with a client
The embedded view holds onboarding items for every client Halden Fractional is onboarding, not only Willow Row. Before sharing this plan, switch the embed to a saved view filtered to Willow Row, or share a copy of this page with that filter applied.
Product catalog feed is due today
The daily product feed for shopping ads is required by Sep 23, 2026, which is today. Evan Park owns delivery of the feed; Dan Wells owns validating it once it lands. If it is not in place by end of day, the holiday shopping campaigns already scheduled for early November cannot launch on time and will need to be pushed.
First 30 days
Week 1 covers the access checklist above and the stakeholder interviews below. Week 2 turns that context into a documented brand voice and audience list. Week 3 is the first campaign we run under the new access, kept small on purpose. Week 4 closes the onboarding period with a review against the goals set in week 1.
Stakeholder interviews
| Stakeholder | Role | Topic | Scheduled |
|---|---|---|---|
| Evan Park | Operations Lead | Access, escalation and the change request process | Sep 22, 2026, held |
| Willow Row finance contact | Payment reporting | Payment report access and reconciliation cadence | Needs review, awaiting a name from Evan Park |
| Willow Row marketing coordinator | Day-to-day campaign requests | Product feed content and creative approvals | Sep 24, 2026, scheduled |
Why the finance contact is unnamed
Evan Park has not yet named who owns payment reporting on Willow Row's side. Payment report access has been requested twice and is waiting on the finance lead, who is on leave until Sep 28. We are proceeding with the other interviews and will add this stakeholder once named.
Internal context: why this engagement started here
Willow Row runs seasonal ecommerce campaigns and asked Halden Fractional to lead paid social and email through the holiday period, starting with the product feed that failed twice under their previous agency. Dan Wells is allocated at 2 days a week through December, with a light touch retainer proposed for January. Internal note: watch the payment report access item, it has slipped twice already and sits on the critical path for revenue reconciliation, not just campaign launch.
How to use this template
Duplicate this page once per new fractional engagement. Replace these values; if a required value is missing, show Needs review instead of guessing.
| Variable | Meaning | Required |
|---|---|---|
{{client.name}} | Client being onboarded | Required |
{{fractional.lead_name}} | Fractional lead assigned to the engagement | Required |
{{client.ops_contact}} | Client operations contact coordinating access | Required |
{{access.item_name}} | Each access or readiness item and its required-by date | Required |
{{stakeholder.name}} | Each person to interview in week 1 | Required when known |
{{engagement.start_date}} | Date the engagement begins | Optional |
If a stakeholder has no name yet, list the role as Needs review rather than leaving the row blank or guessing a name.
