T13 Client delivery status report
Client delivery status report

Where every Acme deliverable stands this week, what we need you to decide and what is holding work up. Prepared by Brightline Collective for the Acme marketing team. The board below is our live delivery tracker, so it always shows the current state rather than a copy that goes stale.
Live example from the Dashboards app, shown with Bellwether Health's demo data.
The board
Each card is one deliverable. Columns move left to right from Planned to Complete. Cards in Client review are waiting for you; cards in Blocked cannot move until the named dependency clears.
Before you share this page with a client
This template embeds the full Workflow board, which holds every client's work. Before sharing, switch the embed to a saved view filtered to this client only, or share a copy of this page with that view. Never send a client a board that shows other clients' names or deliverables.
Acme deliverables at a glance
| Deliverable | Service line | Owner | Status | Due | What happens next |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Q4 organic growth report | SEO | Maya Chen | Sep 26 | You confirm which comparison leads the executive summary | |
| Landing page A/B variants | Web | Priya Nair | Sep 29 | You choose variant B or keep the control | |
| Conversion tracking fix | Paid media | Sara Ortiz | Sep 17, overdue | Your developers restore purchase events after the checkout release | |
| Competitor ad teardown | Paid media | Leo Hart | Sep 11 | Nothing; filed in the shared folder |
Decisions we need from you
A decision is recorded when it is written in the deliverable's Decision needed field and the card moves out of Client review. A comment or a meeting remark is not an approval.
What is blocked and why
Conversion tracking fix is blocked
Purchase events stopped firing after Acme's Sep 15 checkout release. Paid media bidding is running on incomplete conversion data, so we paused bid changes. We need: a developer on your side to restore the data layer push on the order confirmation page. Owner on our side: Sara Ortiz. Impact if it stays blocked past Sep 30: October budget recommendations will rest on partial data and will be labelled as such.
Delivery health
The bar counts approved or complete Acme deliverables against everything scheduled for Acme this quarter in the tracker. It measures delivery flow, not campaign results.

How this report is produced
- The board and the table come from the same delivery tracker. The table lists only this client's cards, filtered by the Client field.
- Client review means the deliverable is waiting on a named client reviewer. Blocked means work cannot continue until a named dependency clears.
- Due dates are the agreed dates in the tracker. An overdue item stays overdue until the card moves, even if a new date is discussed.
- All names and records in this template are synthetic sample data.
