T141 Sponsorship deliverable tracker
Sponsorship deliverable tracker

Each deliverable in the 2026 Basalt Creek Industries sponsorship of $12,000, with its evidence and due date, shown next to the member program it sits beside, so Leonard Kalnins can see what has been delivered and what the association still owes. Prepared by the partnerships manager at the Workplace Safety Coordinators Association, from records checked on Monday, September 28, 2026. The agreement has 9 deliverables in four groups.
Sample template: the firm, people, clients and figures are fictional, and the embedded view holds synthetic sample records.
Agreed and delivered
Recognition and logo placements are complete: six deliverables, each with evidence on file. The sponsored webinar and the attendee list have nothing delivered yet. The gap between the two dots on each row is what the association still owes.
Live example from the Dashboards app, shown with Basalt Creek Industries' demo data. Block dates move forward each week, so they can differ from the sample dates on this page.
Sponsor deliverables beside the member program
The view shows seven records for Basalt Creek Industries: four sponsor deliverables and three conference actions. Read the Item type column to tell them apart, and the Status column for what needs attention. Sponsored webinar is Waiting for employer, and Sponsor attendee list is Escalated. The conference actions sit in the same view because the attendee list comes from the conference, and one decision serves both.
Before you share this page with a client
This view is filtered to Basalt Creek Industries, but the database also holds other clients' records, including Merriweather Mining Services and Rellick Rail Services. Keep the embed on a view filtered to the client the page is shared with. The view includes the row Credential records waiting for attendance hours, which is marked Internal only. Limit the view to Employer-visible rows before you share the page.

The nine deliverables
The evidence references in the table are sample file numbers for this page. Owner is the association person accountable for the deliverable.
| Deliverable | Group | Status | Evidence | Due | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Three recognition items | Recognition | Dated proofs SP-R1 to SP-R3 on file | Aug 31 | Adaeze Obiora | |
| Three logo placements | Logo placements | Placement proofs SP-L1 to SP-L3 on file | Sep 15 | Adaeze Obiora | |
| Sponsored webinar | Sponsored webinar | None yet; the date is not confirmed | Oct 30 | Callum Breckenridge | |
| Webinar recording | Sponsored webinar | None yet; follows the webinar | Before Nov 5 | Callum Breckenridge | |
| Attendee list | Attendee list | None; consented list agreed with Leonard | Oct 16 | Adaeze Obiora |
Six of the nine are delivered with evidence: the three recognition items and the three logo placements. The two webinar items are due before November 5. The agreement promises the attendee list, and it was 12 days late on September 28. The consented list is due October 16.
What counts as evidence
The attendee list is 12 days late
The sponsorship agreement promises Basalt Creek Industries an attendee list. The association's member privacy policy limits what can be shared without consent. The two did not fit, so the list was not sent, and by September 28 it was 12 days late.
Decision. Ptolemy Rutherford, the privacy owner, decided that only consenting attendees may be listed. Adaeze Obiora offered Leonard Kalnins a consented list of 61 names as the remedy, and Leonard accepted it.
What is still open. The list has not gone out. Owner: Adaeze Obiora. Date: October 16. Until it does, the deliverable stays Escalated and is counted as late, even though the remedy is agreed.

Due before November 5
Two deliverables remain after the attendee list: the sponsored webinar and its recording. The webinar date still has to be confirmed with Leonard before anything else can move.
Beside the member program. The regional conference ran on September 15 and 16, and 27 Basalt Creek members attended. Its 61 follow-up actions stand at 44 complete, 12 open and 5 repeated requests for the same slide deck. Callum Breckenridge published the approved resources once, and the open actions close by October 9.
The agreement said a list and the policy said consent. Rather than argue which one wins, I offered Leonard the list we can stand behind.
How to use this template
List every deliverable in the sponsorship agreement with its evidence and due date. Update the status after each delivery, and record any change with the sponsor's acceptance before it counts.
| Variable | Meaning | Required |
|---|---|---|
{{sponsor.name}} | Sponsor the tracker covers | Required |
{{deliverable.rows}} | Deliverables with group, status, evidence, due date and owner | Required |
{{deliverable.delivered_count}} | Deliverables delivered with evidence out of those agreed | Required |
{{deliverable.late_list}} | Deliverables late or without evidence, with the remedy | Required |
{{sponsor.accepted_changes}} | Changes the sponsor has accepted, with the date | Required |
{{agreement.amount}} | Sponsorship amount for the year | Optional |
{{evidence.reference}} | Evidence file reference for each delivered item | Optional |
If a required value is missing, show Needs review in its place and hold the tracker; never fill it with a guess. If the sponsor records cannot be read, show Unavailable instead of the counts.
The live Dashboards blocks on this page show the Basalt Creek Industries demo profile. Point each block at your own client's profile, or remove it, before you share the page. Filter the embedded view to the same client as well.
