T119 Eligibility and authorization queue
Eligibility and authorization queue

One queue for every eligibility and authorization item on the Fellbrook program referrals, each with a named owner, the evidence it waits on and the appointment it protects, so the 12 items due within seven days and the four that had no owner are worked first. Prepared each morning by the regional intake lead at Alderpoint Wellness Group for the authorization reviewers and the intake team. Of 57 items, 31 are resolved and 26 are not. Issued Thursday, October 1, 2026.
Sample template: the firm, people, clients and figures are fictional, and the embedded view holds synthetic sample records.
What is still unresolved
The 26 unresolved items fall into six types. Plan means the item waits on a plan response, Document means it waits on a document from the person referred, Owner means it had no owner for more than 5 days, and Soon counts items tied to an appointment within 7 days. Eligibility check and Visit authorization carry the most open items, 6 each, and each has 3 due soon.

The open authorization queue
The board groups the queue by status: Logged, Waiting on plan response, Waiting on document and Waiting for owner. Each card is a set of items with one owner, a count, how many are due within 7 days and a due date. Nine cards are on the board. Three belong to Fellbrook Community Credit Union, three to Tollgate School District and three to Marrick Foods. Read the Waiting for owner column first, because nothing in it moves until a person is named.
Internal page
This page stays inside Alderpoint Wellness Group. It holds plan and document status for the queue, and no names of the people referred and no clinical content. Reviewers record what the plan response says; they do not interpret clinical records.

The three Fellbrook cards hold 26 of the 57 items, and the same 26 are the unresolved ones: 14, 8 and 4. The six cards for Tollgate School District and Marrick Foods hold 22 more items between them, shown here so that the owner load can be seen in one place. Two cards are due tomorrow, Fri, Oct 2: Tollgate items at Northway that Rohan Bhattacharya has to assign, and Marrick items at Cedar Hollow that Yolanda Prentiss has to assign. The previous reviewer of the Marrick items moved to another program.
When the appointment is close
The donut splits the 26 unresolved items by appointment date. Twelve are tied to an appointment within the next 7 days and 14 have a later date or none. The 12 come first, whatever their age.

Ownership rules
Four items had no owner for more than 5 days
Four of the 57 Fellbrook items sat in the queue with no named reviewer. All four are older than 10 days, and 2 are tied to appointments within the next 7 days. Yolanda Prentiss assigned each to a named reviewer, and each is now waiting on an answer from a location.
Consequence. An item without an owner has no next action, so its appointment date arrives with the question still open. Ask. The reviewers record the location answers and resolve the 2 items tied to appointments by Oct 8. Four more unowned items, 2 for Tollgate School District and 2 for Marrick Foods, are due to be assigned tomorrow.
Working the 12 items due within 7 days
What is resolved
Thirty-one of the 57 items are resolved. That is a little over half, and the 26 left are all in the cards above.

How to use this template
Prepare the queue each morning. List every item with its owner, the evidence it waits on and the appointment it protects, and put items due within 7 days first.
| Variable | Meaning | Required |
|---|---|---|
{{queue.item_rows}} | One row per item or card with type, status, owner and count | Required |
{{item.owner}} | Named reviewer responsible for the item | Required |
{{item.status}} | Waiting on plan response, waiting on document, waiting for owner or resolved | Required |
{{appointment.date}} | Date of the appointment the item protects | Required |
{{item.age_days}} | Days since the item entered the queue | Required |
{{plan.response_source}} | Location where the plan response was filed | Optional |
{{program.eligibility_file}} | Monthly eligibility file from the employer | Optional |
If a required value is missing, show Needs review in its place and hold the queue; never guess an owner, a date or a plan answer. If the queue cannot be read, show Unavailable instead of the counts.
