T115 Supplier confirmation status
Supplier confirmation status

Which of the 23 supplier items for the Verrano Summit 2026 are confirmed, which wait on an input from Verrano Instruments and which quotes have expired, with the owner and the date for each. Prepared by the Sablewood production coordinator for the Verrano events lead, who owns the client inputs, and for the Sablewood production team. Supplier terms are not shown here; Verrano sees what each item waits on, who owns it and when it is due.
Sample template: the firm, people, clients and figures are fictional.
Supplier items by state
Seventeen items are confirmed. Four wait on an input from Verrano. Two have quotes that expired, and the staging quote, which expired on Sep 25, is the one that matters most because the stage dimensions depend on a keynote format that is not yet chosen.

Confirmed by week
Confirmations rose from 4 on Aug 17 to 17 on Sep 28. The last week added only one, because the items still open all wait on a decision, an input or a new quote.

The items that need action
Eight of the 23 items are listed: the six that are not confirmed and two confirmed examples. The other 15 confirmed items need no action this month. The deposit date applies to the supplier, not to a single item.

Staging quote expired Sep 25, with a $3,200 reprice risk
The Brindlemoor Staging quote for the main stage expired on Sep 25. Brindlemoor cannot hold its price because the stage dimensions depend on the keynote format, and Nathaniel Obuya, Head of marketing events at Verrano Instruments, has not yet chosen it. The price can rise by $3,200 if the quote is not reconfirmed.
Consequence. Without the format by Oct 7, the staging deposit due Oct 9 cannot be approved at the quoted price and the stage cannot be fixed for the build. Owner. Simone Vrabec asks Brindlemoor to reconfirm the quote as soon as the format is chosen. Ask. Nathaniel chooses the keynote format by Oct 7.
Deposits due by October 15
Five supplier deposits, $46,500 in total, fall due by Oct 15, one for each of Brindlemoor Staging, Pennywhistle Audio Visual, Fairweather Catering, Quillpoint Badging and Quillhaven Film Studio. Kofi Adjei, Managing director at Sablewood Events, approved the deposit schedule. The Sablewood controller releases each payment on its date.
Confirmed items
Of the 23 supplier items, 17 are confirmed. Four wait on a Verrano input and two have expired quotes.

Inputs we need from Verrano
What Sablewood decides and what Verrano decides
Simone Vrabec selects and commits the suppliers. The Sablewood controller approves each payment. Kofi Adjei decides what Verrano must approve. Verrano approves the supplier substitutions and the change inclusion and price; no supplier is replaced without that approval.
How to use this template
Update the status after each supplier call or client reply. For every unconfirmed item, name what it waits on, who owns it and the date, and show Verrano only the input it has to provide.
| Variable | Meaning | Required |
|---|---|---|
{{supplier.item_rows}} | Each supplier item with state, owner and what it waits on | Required |
{{supplier.confirmed_count}} | Number of supplier items confirmed | Required |
{{client.input_list}} | Inputs needed from the client, with owner and date | Required |
{{quote.expired_list}} | Expired quotes with the expiry date and reprice risk | Required |
{{deposit.schedule}} | Deposit dates and total due, without supplier terms | Required |
{{status.date}} | Date the status is checked to | Optional |
If a required value is missing, show Needs review in its place and hold the page; never guess a quote, a date or a deposit. If the register cannot be read, show Unavailable instead of the counts.
